Co-Founder
I am a seasoned leader in talent management and design with extensive experience in managing complex systems, driving change management, and leading executive recruitment efforts.
With almost eight years at global design firm IDEO and three years as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of a woman-owned, human-centered talent consultancy poe., I’ve cultivated expertise in developing innovative strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, foster inclusive environments, and attract top talent.
I hold a B.A. from Dartmouth College and currently reside in Houston with my partner and mini zoo of pets.

I am a citizen of the Oglala Sioux Tribe and resident of the west side of Chicago, where I’m raising my two rescue pups, Sue Bird and Elgin Baylor. I obtained by B.S. from Dartmouth College and J.D. from Wash U Law.
A year into my DOJ honors fellowship, I hit “pause” on my legal career to follow my curiosity (it’s been 9 years). Over the past decade, I’ve developed expertise in people/culture, marketing, and creative strategy working with a diverse set of organizations—including nonprofits, law firms, tech startups, QGOs, design studios, a marketing agency, a medical device manufacturer, and more.
I am also co-founder of Well-Read Native, a nonprofit focused on liberative literature and amplifying Indigenous voices. Outside of work, I enjoy adventuring with my family and friends, reading, horses, basketball, and fashion.
